As part of Florida Hawks FC's Individual Improvement Program, Coach Mahlon, Boy's Assistant Director of Coaching, is offering a new Friday Night Shooting Skills Program. Male and female players in the U10, U11 and U12 age groups are invited to participate in "Shooting For Fun with Coach Mahlon."

The program consists of six four-week sessions and the cost per four-week session is $100. The session dates are:
Session 1: September 22, 29, October 6, 13
Session 2: October 20, 27, November 3, 10
Session 3: November 17, December 1, 8, 15
Session 4: January 12, 19, 26, February 2
Session 5: February 9, 16, 23, March 1
Session 6: March 22, 29, April 5, 12
The U10 players (both boys and girls) will go from 6:00 to 6:50 p.m., U11 will be 7:00 to 7:50 p.m. and U12 will be 8:00 to 8:50 p.m.
Players can sign up for as many $100 four-week sessions as they would like, but registration will be on a first come, first served basis for every session. When a player is registered for a specific session, they will be allowed to attend the dates for that session only. There will be a maximum of 10 players in each age group, excluding goal keepers.
Each session will start with a warm up and will include instruction on proper technique for how and where to shoot the ball and shooting styles including:
Shooting from an angle
Shooting on the run
Shooting dead balls
Shooting volleys
Receiving and shooting with back to goal
Finishing crosses and much more.
