Our general registration for the Spring 2020 season is CLOSED!

Mighty Hawks

These clinics are available for all registered Spring Rec Players!

These are the dates for the  FREE Rec Clinics:

  • February 7
  • February 21
  • February 28
  • March 13
  • March 6th-this will be a mini session during the Spring Kick Off

Times:

First session: 5U to 8U from 6:15pm to 7:15pm

Second session: 9u to 12U from 7:30pm to 8:30pm

Registration Fees

Registration Fees (including $60 refundable volunteer deposit) are :

  • $125 Total (no Vol Dep) for U3-U4 (2016/PreK)
  • $185 Total ($125 Fee, plus $60 Vol Deposit) for:
    • 5U (2015)
    • 6U (2014)
    • 7U (2013)
  • $210 Total ($150 Fee, plus $60 Vol Deposit) for:
    • 8U (2012)
    • 9U-10U (2011-2010)
    • 11U-12U (2009-2008)
    • 13U-14U (2006-2007)
    • High School (15U-19U, 2001-2005)
  • Registration fees for 7U and up include a referee based on availability
  • Registration fees for all players include a uniform kit (Jersey, Shorts, Socks - Click here for Uniform Sizing)

Age Groups

*NEW FOR SPRING 2020*

We will have only ONE age division for High School Age players (15U-19U). There will be a Boys and Girls division in this age group, but all High School age players will play together. This is likely going to be the new rule in TARSA (Tampa Area Recreational Soccer Assn) so we are adopting this policy a little early.

Online Registrations

All registrations will be done on-line. Registration may be closed earlier if capacity is reached, so please register early to secure your spot. The only acceptable method of payment is credit card.

Game Schedule

First Games will start on 3/7 (This is also when Mighty Hawks will start)

Teams may play 1 or two Friday Night Lights game.

Last game days will be on 5/16

Practice Schedule

Practice will start the week of 2/24

Teams will be scheduled to practice a minimum once per week, for one (1) hour. Age group schedules may vary.

Practice Nights

During registration, you will be allowed the opportunity of selecting two (2) practice nights that your child is available to practice. When building teams, we will do our very best to honor your request to have practice one of these nights; however, we cannot make any guarantees. Building teams is a complicated process, and there are many variables including the availability of coaches, field space, etc....

Head Coaches

Head Coaches and that are assigned to a team, and complete all FYSA/County Coaching requirements, will receive credit of 6 hours towards the volunteer rebate and will receive the greater of $60 rebate or max family deposit collected (for multiple child families) back plus an additional refund per the chart below. Assistant Coaches that are assigned to a team, and complete all FYSA/county coaching requirements, will be eligible for refund of the $60 volunteer deposit for one (1) player assigned to that team. All reimbursements for coaches shall be made upon completion of the season. The money that the Club will retain, after the refund is applied, covers background checks, Insurance, CPR training, Uniforms and Field Usage fees. To receive a volunteer rebate for other registered players (not being coached), an additional 2 hours of volunteer time may be completed.

Coaches that are returning for a subsequent season may opt to receive a "voucher code" instead of a check reimbursement. The voucher code would be provided to you via email and that you enter during the registration process to discount the cost of registration based on the refund table below.

Head Coach Refund Structure:

examples below based on single child registration

  • 5U-7U: $60 volunteer reimbursement + $35 for a total rebate of $95. Total paid after all rebates is $90 
  • 8U-19U: $60 volunteer reimbursement + $40 for a total rebate of $100. Total paid after all rebates is $110

Assistant Coach Refund Structure:

  • 5U-7U: $60 volunteer reimbursement. Total paid after all rebates is $125
  • 8U-19U: $60 volunteer reimbursement. Total paid after all rebates is $150

Team Parent Volunteer Rebate

A team parent (assists coach with snack schedule, communications, game schedule, etc.) will receive credit of 2 hours towards the volunteer requirements. An additional 1 hour volunteer rebate will also be awarded for fulfilling the CPR requirement for the team.

Parent Volunteer Rebate (Recreation)

Refunds will be prorated based on actual hours volunteered (at a rate of $15/hr).

  • Up to 4 Hours per season for first player registered
  • Up to 2 Hours per season additional for second or more player registered in same program
  • Max - 6 Hours per family per season
