FLORIDA HAWKS FC
Speed & Agility Summer Camp
Welcome to our pre-season speed & agility fitness youth camp. This camp is tailored for athletes of all disciplines and skill levels, aimed at increasing their agility, boosting their speed, and enhancing their overall fitness to minimize injury risks and maximize performance on the field or court.
Led by seasoned coaches and fitness experts, our program places a strong emphasis on injury prevention, teaching participants proper techniques for change of direction, agility drills, and fitness routines. With a focus on building strength, endurance, and explosiveness, campers will be well-equipped to tackle the demands of their upcoming season head-on.
Our camp also delves into the importance of proper nutrition, stretching, and hydration in maintaining peak performance and reducing the risk of injuries. Campers will learn valuable strategies to fuel their bodies for optimal performance and recover effectively after intense workouts.
Join us for a summer of athletic transformation where our camp provides the perfect platform to elevate your child’s speed, agility, and fitness levels, ensuring that they hit the ground running when their season kicks off in the fall!
As we prepare to return to play in the coming week, we have been notified by Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) as well as the Hillsbourough County Parks and Recreation department that two waivers need to be completed for each player before stepping on the field. We have provided an electronic copy of these waivers in the link below for parents to complete on their phone, tablet or computer. Each player will be cross referenced to their Got Soccer profile prior to stepping on the field. Please make sure to complete this beforehand to ease the burden on our volunteers.
