Volunteers are truly the heart of our recreational program at Florida Hawks FC. With their dedication, passion, and love for the community, we offer a fun and rewarding experience for players.

We are always seeking exceptional individuals to serve as volunteer coaches. No prior coaching experience is required, just a willingness to teach and inspire young athletes. By volunteering, you'll play a vital role in shaping each child's life through confidence, teamwork, and love of the game.

COACHING REBATES
Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches that are assigned to a team and complete all Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) & Hillsborough County Coaching requirements, will receive a rebate per the chart below. All reimbursements for coaches shall be made upon completion of the season.

HEAD COACH REBATE STRUCTURE

100% refund less cost of the uniform. Rebates are capped at 1 Rebate/per season. If you are a head coach for multiple teams you will still receive only one rebate. ​

ASSISTANT COACH REFUND STRUCTURE

6U-10U - 100% Earned Volunteer Rebate of $100 Single Player (one volunteer rebate per family).

11U-19U - 100% Earned Volunteer Rebate of $125 Single Player (one volunteer rebate per family).
