HOW TO VOLUNTEER

Florida Hawks FC uses SignUp.com to manage all of our volunteer opportunities. To sign up for a volunteer spot, you can visit floridahawksfc.com/volunteer and simply scroll through the calendar, click on the slot you are interested in, and then click on the link to sign up and provide the required contact information. You can also go to the Florida Hawks FC Group Page on the Signup.com website to see available volunteer opportunities.

Once you have signed up for a slot, make sure you check in with the appropriate Club representative at the time of your volunteer slot to get confirmed credit for your volunteer hours. All hours will be tracked exclusively through this system for all volunteers and will be used to determine rebate amounts at the end of the season.

ABOUT VOLUNTEER REBATES

To earn the max volunteer rebate, families must volunteer eight (8) hours per season for the first player registered and an additional four (4) hours per season for second or more players registered in the same season.  

 

• The maximum number of volunteer hours per family per season is twelve (12).

• Volunteer rebates will be processed within 30 days of the final scheduled games of the season.

• The rebate processed will be calculated at $15 per volunteer hour served, up to the player/family maximum.

• The availability of volunteer opportunities will be on a first come first serve basis.

• Any hours volunteered after the player/ family maximum rebate; while greatly appreciated, will not be compensated in the form of an additional rebate. ​
